KCS Certification Programs
The KCS Certification programs are for individuals ready to demonstrate their understanding of KCS practices and earn credentials that are valued by the service industry.

The KCS Certification Development Committee
The KCS certifications are developed and maintained by the Consortium for Service Innovation and administered by the KCS Academy. The KCS Certification Development Committee, made up of members of the Consortium, maintain the certification standards.

Tools and technology that supports KCS practices are designated as KCS Verified and can be found on the Consortium web site.
