The C Loop

Posted by on July 19th, 2017 with 0 Comments

Welcome to The C Loop, a place to talk KCS with the community who continues to develop the KCS methodology.

As you know, KCS is a double loop process: the A loop, or Solve Loop, happens at the transaction level where we reuse, improve, or – if it doesn’t yet exist – capture knowledge.  The B loop, or Evolve Loop, is the reflective process where we leverage the power of our collective knowledge to improve the Solve Loop.

Turns out some double loop learning environments are actually triple loop processes – they have a “C” loop, which provides a space to learn about learning.  Our hope is to make this space one where we can reflect on and answer questions about the KCS processes as a whole.
