How the Program Works

Complete the below form (all fields required) when purchasing for team member or team.
KCS Academy Community Success Manager will contact you to grant access to online courses and/or certification exams once payment has been completed.
On request, the KCS Academy will provide reports on activity
Expires one year from date of purchase (once assigned, courses are good for 12 weeks)

The KCS Academy offers a pre-paid discount on online courses and KCS certification exams on bulk purchases. A bulk purchase equaling USD $5,000 or more is eligible for the following discounts:

5% discount for non-members of the Consortium for Service Innovation
10% discount for Participant-level members
15% discount for Participant Plus-level members
20% discount for Sponsor-level members
25% discount for Benefactor-level members

Please note that bulk discounts do not apply to instructor-led training (workshops or live virtual courses).
