For Knowledge Workers

Digital Transformation Fundamentals

The online Digital Transformation Fundamentals course sets the context for the knowledge journey. What do we mean by digital transformation, and why is it important?

Topics covered include digital transformation characteristics and examples, customer expectations and the value erosion model, opportunities for organizations to leverage digital transformation, and knowledge management best practices that support it.

$95 Online, self-paced, interactive training. Approximately 45 minutes.

KCS v6 Fundamentals

This interactive, online training introduces the basics and benefits of KCS.

Topics covered include how to do the KCS Solve Loop in the workflow, the value that work creates, and how KCS performance is assessed.

$145 Online course only, $195 with the KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification exam. 60-90 minutes.

KCS v6 Practices Workshop

This thorough, instructor-led workshop is intended for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of KCS Principles, Concepts, and Techniques.

Topics covered include the key deliverables required to implement KCS, best practices for measuring knowledge activity, performance, and value, and processes for creating in-workflow (Solve Loop) and value-added (Evolve Loop) content. More…

Cost varies. Instructor-led workshop available in 1.5, 2, or 2.5 day formats. Optional KCS v6 Practices certification exam often offered at the end of the workshop.

Topics covered include the benefits of digital transformation and knowledge management best practices, new measures and ways to use them, assessing contribution/performance, and motivating knowledge workers.

$95 Online, self-paced, interactive training. Approximately 35 minutes.

KCS v6 Fundamentals (optional)

This interactive, online training introduces the basics and benefits of KCS. This course is strongly suggested for first- and second-line managers in order to gain an understanding of the KCS workflow.

Topics covered include how to do the KCS Solve Loop in the workflow, the value that work creates, and how KCS performance is assessed.

$145 Online course only, $195 with the KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification exam. 60-90 minutes.

KCS v6 Practices Workshop (optional)

This thorough, instructor-led workshop is intended for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of KCS Principles, Concepts, and Techniques. This course is strongly suggested for anyone who will be serving on the KCS Council.
